The locally developed menus on this microwave are fantastic for everyday defrosting, reheating and cooking of popular dishes. The R210DW microwave is pre-programmed with 6 Auto Menus including 2 Auto Reheat menus, 4 Auto Cook menus, a Time Defrost menu and an Express Defrost menu.

Express Defrost

There is no need to stress over frozen meat which you have forgotten to defrost. This wonderful and easy feature is so convenient when it comes to defrosting propular varieties of meat. Our Sharp test kitchen has already determined the correct power level and the appropriate defrosting time for 500g of meat. With no need for guesswork, you can ensure your meat is thoroughly defrosted.

Sequence Cooking

This simple function is a fantastic microwave addition when you need to cook using multiple microwave powers, like when you need to defrost food and then cook it. You can pre-program both microwave powers and the cook times all at once, leaving the microwave to automatically switch from one stage to another.
