It is suitable for use in treats such as stuffed meatballs and lentil meatballs. Humidity is very important in bulgur. Grains that are moist and have a humidity level exceeding 13% spoil and lose their color in a very short time, become moldy and produce an odor. Bulgur has its own unique odor, taste and color. Bulgur should not have brown grains called kosemer and white grains.
